There are usually very few (if any) visual differences between Barom & Baron, although Barom particularly likes to wear his sash on the left side (especially since Baron does the same thing on occasion, which may cause further obfuscation between the two of them, to Barom's delight).
Barom's name comes from “bahramdipity,” but he changes the spelling to intentionally pose as the "normal" Baron Dipitous when the mood strikes him. His original name is Zem Blanity, though he feels "Barom Dipitous" is a much more fitting name, for certain reasons...
There is much that is unknown about him and his past. Precious few know what caused him to become the way he is, but know this: If you discover anything about Barom/Zem, that means he wants you to know about it...
